LI Detailers Protects Chevy Camaro ZL1 with Ceramic Pro Long Island!

We had the pleasure of Paint correcting and applying Ceramic Pro Long Island on this sinister ZL1 – Here is a Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 that came to the shop for a Ceramic Pro 9H Treatment all the way from Connecticut where he previously had this beautiful machine “coated”. The client requested Ceramic Pro 9H as the treatment of choice for the ZL1 as he had previously had it “coated” with modesta and has gotten plenty of light scratches from hand washing which its supposed to prevent against. We also had the liberty of protecting his bumper, side skirts, and rocker panels with Clear Bra Paint Protection Film done by 631 Coatings. I have outlined the process we utilized to protect this beautiful machine for years to come.

What happened to the previous coating?

I'm pretty sure that the modesta the other guy "put on" was not applied properly. A clean finger and a clean glove both scratched the paint with little to no pressure. After we fully corrected the paint, we applied 4 layers of Ceramic Pro 9h and 1 layer of Ceramic Pro Light. We tried to scratch it in front of the customer as requested and it left no marks.
