LGM Solution

I bought a Little Green Machine yesterday and plan on detailing a car with it tommorow and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what type of solution to use in it.

I'd stay away from woolite with the LGCM, it tends to foam heavily when extracting. I just use the bissel solution or go down the grocery store and get the Rug Doctor solution. I will sometimes pretreat bad areas with folex and a stiff interior brush.
