Normally after sending your car for a new paint job, you not only get a shiny brand new paint work but most of the time, it comes with some freebies too, “Swirl Marks. This Lexus faced the same fate, after a re-spray job, swirls marks and hologram were found all over the car.

The process I took,

1) Wash

2) Clay

3) Power Gloss + cutting pad + DA @ speed 5.5

4) PO106FF + polishing pad + DA @ speed 5

Here’s a couple of side by side comparison after the above steps,

And here’s a before and after shots (forgot to shoot the same spot)

After the defect removal process, I applied the JW Prime with a finishing pad @ speed 4 and after 30mins followed by JW Acrylic Jett by hand with a plush MF towel.

Now that is how black is supposed to lok! So dark, deep and wet. Excellent work! I normally do not like the RX330's, but that thing is just hot.

Got to appologise for the late reply and thanks for all the compliments.

Ben Kenobi & Scottwax - Ever since I tried out the Menzerna and JW combo, I find it looks very good on black. So whenever I see a black car can't help myselp reaching for this combo :p .

Scottwax - Might be trying out the 106FF+RMG combo, saw your posting on the G35 posting, incredible depth :bigups

LightngSVT - You might want to try out the Menzerna and JW combo, works great on black :xyxthumbs

SilverLexus - Got to agree with you, this is one of the better looking mod RX300 I have seen so far.

jedi-force - that is the new Mother's FX series tyre shine, one of the better tyre shine I have used so far, highly recommanded.

Wow thats hawt and awesome wetty. :xyxthumbs

If you dont mind I ask this. Do you have any pics under the sun shot?

klnyc - I am also hoping to get some under the sun shot for the cars I detailed recently. It has been raining over here for the past 2 weeks  and it is already consider lucky if I manage to get some shots under cloudy sky :p
