Which product would you use on a silver 03 LS430 that has clean paint with some water spots? Tks in advance.

Probably go with Optimum to polish it out (they have three grades of polishes) and then finish with Poli-Seal and OCW, or use Prime and AJ from the Werkstatt line. Optimum will have a more carnauba-like glow and about 3-4 months durability, while Werkstatt will have a clear wet reflections and about 6 months (maybe more depending on your climate and other enviromental factors) durability. P-S/OCW is more goof proof than Prime/AJ.

Above surface water spots are just calcium deposits (dirt rings). When they are acidic and sit long enough on the surface, they can etch into the finish causing below surface defects, aka water spot etching. These are more difficult to remove, requiring heavier polishing. Go with Scott's recommendation.

I just did my parents' silver 03 LS430 as a Christmas gift for my dad. I used Prime topped with AJT...car looked amazing afterwards, very wet.

I am thinking the prime/ajt for the lexus as well and the OP polish and poli-seal for my black yukon xl.

Scott, you mention OP has several polishes. I only see one on their site. FYI I bought thier "new" polish, compound, and poli-seal.
