Lets see pics of some of the nastiest/dirtiest cars you've had to clean :D

I'm sure I have more but these were what came to mind. :)

I hate to say it but I would consider turning those jobs down. I say consider because I probably wouldn't!

Whoever lets a MB CLK get like that should be thinned from the herd.

This is not as bad as yours Rasky but this is a Caddy STS-V that I did for a guy that always had his dog with him and a cigar in his mouth. I thought that I had more pictures thou. The whole car was pretty HAIR raising.

I took this picture in the parking garage of my workplace. I told the guy I'd detail it for $500.

After he stopped laughing, he threw another McDonald's wrapper on the seat and walked to his office.

That's nasty. I don't have pics, but when I did my first paid detail, we hit the back seat 6 times with the bissel and still were pulling out grime, had to stop due to time constraints. It was gross (not as gross as that last pic, but close).

It was actually a body shop job. I believe the car had heavy hail damage. ;)

Same goes for the Matrix

Nick wins so far! That was just gross! :scared:

I haven't done a full writeup yet complete with before/afters, 50/50s etc because it's so time consuming on top of the detail that seems to take forever! Major props to youse guys that do writeups as well as share your processes, etc.

Here's one with stark results. Wish I woulda run a strip of tape stem to stern and got the 50/50s.

This is Dad's '74 Nova with abused, neglected SS paint. Sits outside and rarely gets washed and I suspect it'd never seen clay. He wanted it spruced up just a bit in order to stick a For Sale sign on it after he picked up the new Honda.

I knew I was going to have to compound to remove the oxidation. I initially tried M105 on LC orange with the Flex, didn't produce the desired results so I gave PFW a try. Normally I'd hold a wool cutting pad and rotary in reserve but there were spots where the paint was thin enough that some primer was showing through. Pretty common occurance on early '70s GM stuff with silver and white paint. Used to see a lot of 'em running around peeling in spots!

There was no potential for a serious 'save' on this car, the best opportinity was to restore some semblance of shine and get it looking good for drive-bys.

This was the roof 50/50 after the one and only pass with M105 and PFW. The whole car got this treatment after claying and then a coat of 845. Wish I woulda got full before and after pics.... it was a stark difference from 20 ft away!

No pics, but my S10 Blazer was the worst after working at a bentonite clay milling plant for 2 years. That stuff is bad when dry but downright nasty when it gets wet. Lots of surface rust underneath when I pressure washed it. Still need to do underhood, but will wait till next Spring.
