Lens Polish

I just bought brand new snowboard goggles off of an online retailer and they already have some microscratches on them. I don't know what type of polish would be safe to use on the lens?

Try some toothpaste before buying something. If the scratches arent' too deep, it might work.

Seems like a nice kit but it would be cheaper to just buy replacement lenses at $43.

The scratches aren't deep at all. I know toothpaste has really fine microabrasives in it, is that why you suggested it? I have some PlastX laying around also if that might work. My only concern is using a product that will end up maybe chemically reacting and possibly forming a permanent haze, etc.
