I use Lexol, which I like OK, and which keeps my seats nice and supple.
However, there IS one thing I wish I had; that leather smell.
Japanese leather seats have been deodorized. As I understand it, it's a cultural thing, a distaste for a smell that I personally find heavenly. I'll never forget my first time in a Jag... but enough of that.
While poking around here last week, I read a thread that alluded to products which helped add some of that odor I love. Among the suggestions was Connoly Hide Food, and a couple others. My question is, which products help give that rich or burnished smell? What are your preferences among these products, and why?
As far as Lexol is concerned, It smells chemical going on, but has no odor at all (to me) when dried.
