LC H2O Pads VS Megs DA Microfiber Discs

Yeah. A buddy of mine and I were coming back from a BMW club meet/race at Road Atlanta. Between the wind and the rain, my knuckles were a little stiff by the time we got home.

On the plus side, my recent Aquapel application did VERY well. :up

I am just glad we did not go downtown as originally planned otherwise we would have been caught up in the mess at the John Hancock Center.

Using M105/m205, Menz SIP/106fa, what pads works great, LC H2O Pads or Megs DA Microfiber Discs?

What machine is going to run those pads? Rotary or Random Orbital ?

On a rotary, I have had great results using the Lake Country Hydro-tech Pads and those products you listed - however, these Pads are more fragile than I care for, and will break down and start separating way too soon. They cannot even be cleaned with Lake Country's own Pad Washer either, because it also helps the pads to break down too soon.
These pads have been out for over what is it, a couple of years now(?), and I have not heard one peep from the Manufacturer about improving the product, so that they last longer..

On my Random Orbital machines, these same pads work great too, but for me, take longer to correct, so I only use them for small places, bumpers, etc..

I have no experience with the new Meguiars Microfiber Discs but from what I read, they are totally great with their own specifically made polishes. Believe some people on this Forum have also used other products such as you questioned about, with great results too..

You can purchase all the products you asked about here, and at very competitive prices!

I'm sing Random Orbital.. That's really my problem with H2O pads. Not that durable and take longer t correct but finish down great. I have no expreience with the Meguiars Microfiber Disc. I want to switch to Megs Microfober Disc because im a hobbyist and weekend warrior, i want to simplify my pads. If i use LC H2O pads, too many pads to keep not like Megs MF pad it only take 1 to 2 pads to finish down a car. My only concern is if it finish down much faster and as nice as LC H2O.
