I'm getting ready to do my fall prep on the daily drive and had a question about layering (Newbie here).
After my correction I will be using FK1000P as my winter sealant and want to put down a couple layers (2 maybe 3).
My question is: Given FK1000P's cure time is ~24 hours, what do you do to prep the finish before applying the second coat?
I live in a condo and dust accumulates on the ride after just 4 or 5 hours and on the off chance I need to use the DD during the cure time I'd like to know what is the best manner to prep the finish for the additional layers. I was thinking an ONR wash, but I read somewhere that ONR does leave some polymers on the finish so I didn't know if that would cause any issues. Could I just QD with FK425 ?
