Layer CG Creme Glaze over AJT?

Hi, folks. As you can see, my car is Graphite Gray (pearl). It looks almost purple in the right light. I used Prime Strong (applied and worked with a PC) followed by three layers of AJT. While I'm not unhappy with the results, I feel like it needs more pop.

Do you guys think I could apply some CG Creme Glaze over AJT without removing the LSP?

Do you think it'll give me the pop I'm looking for?

If not, what do you recommend?

I dont think you should apply the Glaze over AJT. I am very suprised that AJT did not give you that flake pop. That is my favorite LSP for that colored car...Have you thought about applying a paste wax over the top of it. Nuba would really bring it out.

I've only tried P21S on this car. To be perfectly honest, I hated the results. So much, that I was inspired to Prime the whole car. P21S did look more liquid and definitely added depth, but for whatever reason it also looked dull and unexciting to me, as well as a bit too dark. Mind you, I loved P21S on the red Evo I had, but for whatever reason it didn't seem to mesh well with this color. FWIW, I plan to apply several layers of 1000P as a (errr) final LSP.

I do have other 'nubas: Blitz, FK1 PW, CG BWW, and TWPUG.

CG EZ Creme and Danase Wet Glaze state that they can be layered over sealant/carnauba.

I notice you mentioned 1000P, I used Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze (2 machine applications for full coverage) followed by 2 hand applications of 1000P on my wife's blue metallic saturn and the flake pop is stunning! For maintenance I use AW once a month or if it is a normal wash, I do a final wipedown of FK 425 to cut down on dust. Did the detail late April and it still looks amazing.

You will not be dissapointed in 1000P layered and I did not encounter any trouble with it adhering to the glaze, menzerna reports that FMJ can be applied over FTG.

Bump in hopes of more replies. Autopia is just such a wealth of expertise, and I'd love to hear more suggestions. I spend so much time searching the forums that I sometimes feel like I almost know many of you. Thanks!

Over the weekend, I worked on a neighbor's car and applied Prime Strong followed with CG EZ Glaze and then sealed with AJ-T. The car is charcoal blue in color and turned out absolutely fabulous. :woot: My neighbor is still in shock. Next weekend, we may apply a coat of Natty's Blue for the heck of it.
