Week before last, our sprinklers were out of commission. After the heat of last week (100+ everyday), the yard and trees are suffering a bit. Yellow, patchy grass (mostly fescue) and wilty/burnt leaves up high. I took care of the sprinklers and have increased the watering frequency for the time being (25 min. x 3 days). The grass is being cut high and infrequently to try and help. I really don't want to see any permanent damage caused. Should I increase watering even more until I see some relief?
