La's Totally Awesome cleaner

Auto Detail & Restoration
Anyone used this lately? I bought it for a 1$ to clean around the garage so as not to use my "good" stuff. It seems good for that purpose.
Thanks.:bigups

Got it and have it in my regular APC rotation along with AM's 777, and my left over Meg's Citri-Gel. At $4/gal it is a real bargain IMO, not just because of the price, but because it works.

I remember from a while ago that one concern with it was the butyl used in it. Not a "nice" chemical.

There is a MSDS PDF from '04 for the product Butyl Ethanol represents a small percentage (by weight). Hazard Rating: Health - 1 (Slight) Flammability and Reactivity - 0 (insignificant). I don't know what the MSDS looked like before '04 when it was supposedly reforumulated.

MSDS looks less dangerous than hairspray.

Benefits

  • • No acid
    • No ammonia
    • No bleach
    • Non-flammable
    • Safe for septic tanks
    • Contains no phosphorous
  • • Made in the USA
I'm willing to give it a chance.

I posted about totally awesome months ago but everybody blew it off
Seems to me that a lot of people just assume that if it don't cost an arm and a leg it is not worthy of their consideration.

My wife uses it in the kitchen we use it for all kinds of things.
I have several bottles sitting in the garage.
Been using it for a couple years now and it has not killed me yet. :lmfao

Too many are sold on ARO, even though I don't find ARO outstanding in any respect. That's probably why they blew it off.

The Megs APC works just as well as ARO, and is safer and less expensive.

The Dollar General Store up the street from me has it. The gallon price is so low I can't advertise it. :)
