LA's Totally Awesome APC

My wife dragged me to Dollar Tree so which section did I hit? Cleaning supplies. After reading about LA's Totally Awesome APC on here, I decided to pick up 3 bottles. After reading the ingredients, it contains 2-butoxy ethanol. I did a search and it appears that this is pretty nasty stuff, at least according to what I read.



My question is this - is this stuff safe for wheels, tires & wheel wells? Can I use it straight or should I dilute it? If so, at what rate?
 
It should have a listing on the side of dilution rates (on the larger bottles, at least).

It's not really potent, at least not in the sense of an acid wheel cleaner. Depending on how bad your wheels are, you may not need it at full power. I haven't used it for quite a while, so I can't really say what ratio should be best. (I quit using it when I read about the butoxy stuff too. Although, to be fair, it may be a small amount, and from what I read, it needs to absorb though your system and "build up" to do much damage in most people, so a bottle or 3 sprayed onto wheels and such shouldn't contact the skin too badly, and if you don't breathe it in, it shouldn't have much chance to enter your system.)
 
Thanks for the reply BigLeegr. I'll give it a shot and see how it works. I just wanted to give it a shot since several people have tried it and you can't beat the price. I've got other wheel/tire products that I really like - I just enjoy trying new products.
