Although quick and with no pictures just yet, I am very happy with the pads and glad I spent the money for them. They just made 105/205 work so well with the Flex 3401 that I almost forgot that I was working with 105. There was almost no flashing with the 105 with sometimes, for myself anyways, was a problem and when there was one small section of flashing its cause I made a mistake and rightfully deserved it. I wasn't going to use the tangerine pad but it came down to my friend and his favorite color. We were doing his car and I wanted to try this pad or a green pad I had just bought so I asked his favorite color and just went with it. The pads restored his Mazda 3's Mica flake in the black paint that was missing and also cleaned up the holograms from the rotary hack job at the dealership a year ago (I know im not that great of friend to let it go a year but timing was always an issue). I will use them again for sure and they fit very well on the Flex's backing plate.
So for all of you on the fence about yet another pad, buy these, you'll like them.
