Wanted to thank Bob publicly for his outstanding support and expertise. He answers questions in a timely manner and is genuinely interested in providing excellent customer service. Bob "gets it" that there's countless options to buy detailing products on-line and over-delivers to make you want to come back.



Great job and keep up the stellar work. :clap:
 
Is this your first order? Because if it is, thing will be like wine: the more time it passes, the better it gets! Bob is a great guy, and I give him kudos as well!

Thanks everyone! I am so fortunate to have such great customers. Trust me when I say that having good customers makes my job so much easier!
 
One of the few you can place an order with and not have any reservations after you have completed the transaction...........Keep it up Bob!

International purchases require a bit more work from the vendor and really sorts them out. ;) I've been buying from them for about 4 years and I can really recommend the above vendors without reservations.

Phil Yiu at detailersdomain.com is also awesome. The only vendor out there who will personally answer the phone even at 12:00AM in the morning and have a long conversation about a product and detailing (just don't call him at that time, let the man sleep).

Phil Yiu at detailersdomain.com is also awesome. The only vendor out there who will personally answer the phone even at 12:00AM in the morning and have a long conversation about a product and detailing (just don't call him at that time, let the man sleep). Lynn here at Autopia, amazing as well. As BigAl said above, it is nice ordering from David and getting the order the next day, though that has more to do with the fact that we are in So. Cal, but their service is amazing. David really stands behind his products and is very flexible and will work with you if you are not happy with something.
 
Lynn and David are stellar business folks. Im having a detail day this weekend for the SVT Performance guys/gals. Expecting around 20-25 folks.

David and Lynn were kind enough to help me promote the UDM, in a rather "LARGE" way...........I had mentioned to them it would be a great opportunity to showcase it, and they really stepped forward to make it all happen.......And yes, its does help being in So Cal with a lot of suppliers being nearby. Having products arrive the next day or two days back is a huge bonus.......Sat's weather is predicted to be around 72 I think.... Sheeeeeeeeeesh, bring the rain back!!
