Klasse SG question

I did a quick search and although i found alot of comments with regard to SG i didnt see any that would answer my question.

Q:

If SG requires 24 hours to cure, and you want to apply multiple coats, but the auto is not garaged, ( and could be subject to pollen, dust, etc) what do u do between coats of SG?

The auto in question is a 03 Caddy Escalade ESV (aka The Behemoth). It wont fit in the garage, those spots are already taken, and it takes quite a while for me to apply a coat of SG.

Thanks for the help

Pete

NJPete- To be practical about this (and assuming that you have a life besides detailing), I'd just put on a coat each time you wash it until you have the desired number of layers built up. Spot clay where it needs it while washing and wash it VERY thoroughly using PLENTY of soap in your wash solution. That'll get the paint clean enough for another SG application.

It'll be well protected even when it just has the one, first coat of SG on it.

If you MUST do several layers back-to-back, I myself would wash the beast each time instead of relying on a QD (hence my recommendation above). If you MUST just QD, use something (like Meg's #34) that is SG-friendly.
