I got a little itchy and decided to clean my godmother's coffee table.
I used some of those wal-mart MF's, cleaned with Stoner's IG. Then put down a quick coat of Z-2 (the older formula, saving the precious new formula for cars, older formula for odds and ends.)
I let it dry for 30 minutes. It buffed right off with a MF. Left the surface slick. I of course did this to the bottom first. I flipped the glass over and WTF! It slide around like ice on ice. It was not safe. The Z2 made the surface so slick, it presented a hazard. It only took my pinky to push the glass off the stand. Imagine two little girls running around. I showed this to my godmother and she was like you did such a good job, but too good in this case. So I just slipped the glass over and now the bottom is top and the un touched top is bottom (well cleaned the top with some Stoner's IG.) Gosh I hope that last sentence made sense.
So be for warned. Only Z2 the top of the glass on a coffee table, not the bottom that makes contact with the stand.
Next project, Z12 glass polish the dining room table, then some Z2. (heck I gotta use up the old Zaino some way.
