klasse aio on top of menzerna

is it a waist of time or will some good come out of it .... or should i skip the menzerna fp and just go straight for the Klasse AIO.....

I won't skip FP, AIO will add a little bit of shine and protection. Are you topping the AIO with something?

There are many types of "regular wax".

But yes, go ahead and using AIO after FP. FP is a polish. AIO is more of a paint cleaner and good to use before SG.

Oh, and it's "waste" of time, not "waist".

yes. Thats the exact combo I used on my family's vehicles last summer. As Tusin said, its a good cleaner before an acrylic sealant. In my case I used AJT though.

i always follow menzerna with AIO then my wax...my fav is Menzerna, AIO, RMG, then Souveran on my black and red cars

I *always* see improvement when using a very fine product (ZAIO, KAIO, Poli-Seal) after a finishing polish. I use a white CCS pad and the PC.

The surface always looks great after Menzerna and an IPA wipe, but I am always amazed at the improvement in gloss after using the AIO.

Menzerna Final Polish and Intensive Polish are polishes that contain abrasives. When you are finished with the polish and you wipe it away, there should be nothing left but the remainder of the polishing oils.

So....Klasse AIO will not go 'on top' of Menzerna, it will go on top of your paint. It offers adequate protection but it's best to top it with something else like either a carnauba, or Klasse SG itself.

I just used KAIO on my sis's maroon impala with a white pad and was amazed at how good the reflection was just with that.

Regardless of how many polishing steps I do on a car I ALWAYS finish with KAIO! The paint feels and looks a heck of alot cleaner! Make sure you do an IPA wipedown as well so you can apply wax to the cleanest surface possible!!

KAIO works wonders on glass as well!! It will remove water spots like nobody's business!!

Good luck!!

sorry if im asking a stupid question but what is a IPA wipedown ?.....

It just means performing a wipedown with rubbing alcohol mixed 50/50 with water (distilled if you wish). It's good for cleaning, removing fillers etc.

I've done IP,KAIO, and 3 coats of ZFX/Z2 Pro or Z5 Pro a few times, and I've done the same with IW also. Both make for a SLICK combo.
