Kind of a Newbish question

I just came back to the boards after a while, and having just received a nice chunk of change from taxes, i'm ready to purchase a PC.



I planned on ordering up the Sonus pads, but my question is will I need 2 sets of pads? One for applying product and one for removing it?



I plan on using NXT wax and other Meg's products and the car is a Black 2004 Grand Am GT (Yes, I have poor judgement in color ).

I just remembered that the pad kit comes with a buffing cover thingy- that would do the trick too, right?

You might order one set of the Sonus pads, and a few other pads from other manufacturers. This way, you get to know the quality of more than just one product. You might prefer LC pads to Sonus pads, but would never know it!



I've never used the buffing bonnets. I just use a MF towel to remove products.

I think I'm picking up a PC 7336 SP tomorrow and probably some Sonus pads since the kit seems to be the cheapest.



but I'll look into the LC pads.
