I drove in the garage today after work and saw that my wife's black E430 had been the canvas for my 21 month old and her large Crayola chalk pieces. She had gotten away from my wife for about 10 minutes and in that timeframe had scrawled all across the driver's front and rear door panels. Sigh.
Remedy was:
1. Scold child
2. Comfort child and explain you love her more than the car
3. I then took Eagle One Scratch Remover and several Pakshak MF towels and went to work. The EO helped some, but I could still see the chalk lines. I then took 3M SMR for dark cars and tried again. That seemed to do the trick. I don't have a PC so it was just the 3M, the MF's, and my muscles. I think it's time for a PC now...
