KIA Cloth Seat Cleaning???

Just One More Coat
The new cloth seats in most cars today seem to present a challenge to clean. What I have found is they stain very easy even with water only stains.

I have had reasonable success with Blue Coral spray cleaner.


That said I do not have an extractor so that's not a option for me.


I'm just looking for suggestions on those that have HANDS ON experience cleaning these types of seats..Product and process..Thanks
