Keeping Clay From Sticking To Case

I just got some elastic clay and was surprised at how sticky it is. Seems to stick to everything including the case. Is there a way to keep it from sticking to the case too much?

I wouldnt worry about it, not like its going to damage it!



some people use a QD before they put it away, but if you dont use it, it will mold = useless!



I just use mine, put it back in the container, then reuse next time! yes it sticks to the container, but that prevents it from falling out and onto the ground = useless!

Yeah i guess that is a good thing since it keeps it from falling out. just annoying trying to pry it out of the case!

exactly, i never spray QD in the container when putting it away. i just roll it up in a ball and put in a little plastic screw top jar...

put it in the fridge for a few minutes before you use it and you won't have any sticking issues just remember to warm it back up in your hands first before use.

i have a bar of Riccardo's blue clay and it sticks to everything. the only thing i found in my house that it did NOT stick to was the backing from a sheet of vinyl. i lined my little plastic box with that, and now it doesnt stick.
