New client who reaserched coatings and made the right choice, Modesta for his new Jeep. I actually love this color that I call shiny grey primer! Found a few defects including sanding marks from the factory and poor wash marring. Correction done with Griot’s fast correction cream on a microfiber pad at speed 4-5, on the 15 and 3 inch setup on the GG6. Polishing done with Griot’s perfecting cream on a black finishing pad at speed 4. Refined with Modesta Primer on a Modesta polishing pad. Coated paint with BC08 as well as wheels, exterior trim and mirrors with Modesta EPC, glass coated with Dr Beasley products. Final wipe with Modesta M1. Thanks for looking!
The matte decal on the hood was “polished “ with Griot’s finishing Sealant on a black finishing pad to remove water spots, the wiped with alcohol prior to coating.
