Just want some help

ok i want to get my explorer's appearance back up to snuff. Ive been reading around the forums for awhile Its got swirls and not much depth at all. Im not gonna buy any new products just use what i got so heres what ive got . What i need help with is how,when and in what order i should use them

Just saw that your post was about to fall off of the line - so here is a BUMP and a little info that will keep your costs almost within budget. Others may be able to assist with more info.



Looks as though you have plenty of product for the time being.



Just one question, you say that you have "An Orbital Buffer", is this a Porter Cable (PC) or one of those that look like a flying saucer with handles on each side? If it's the PC you are OK, if it is the flying saucer type, trash it and do all steps by hand.

Meguiars Scratch X - Just for light scratches - will take forever to do the whole car

Meguiars Deep Crystal Polish - Use after the Paint Cleaner

Meguiars Deep Crystal Carnauba Wax - Do 2 coats

Eagle One Tire Shine - Why not

Eagle One 20/20 Glass Cleaner - Got to see through the glass

Mothers Chrome Polish - If needed

Eagle One Quick Detailer - Only for VERY LIGHT dust.

Eagle One Nano Wax Spray - ????

An Orbital Buffer - See above

all kinds of Microfiber Cloths - Use a seprate towel for removal of each product



You need individual applicator pads for Cleaner, ScratchX, Polish and Wax... 4 pads 2 bucks.
