Just Bought A Civic Si

I bought this car from the original owner on 4/2/09. We got the car for an amazing deal. The first week, it stayed dirty because I couldn't stop driving it. Then I had the wheels painted last week. I finally detailed it on Saturday.



Wash: Megs Gold Class 2BM

Clay: Zaino Red

Polish: Menz IP on Megs Burgundy or LC CCS yellow pad via PC

Menz FP on Megs White pad via PC

Wash again

Wax: Mothers Syn Wax (bought it on sale and wanted to try it)

Windows got Klasse AIO



Interior:

Vacuum

Megs APC 10:1 Wipedown

Megs APC 10:1 on floormats

Windows cleaned with Stoners Invisible Glass

I think if you're going to pull wheels like that off, you have to do a lot more to the car, especially if its at stock ride height.



I've only seen a few EP3 (my car) Civic guys rock orange rims and make it look good.

They're gold. I plan on lowering the car on Tein SS coilovers. I'm saving right now for those and new tires and should have them by the end of May hopefully.

I like the four door Civic Si. Can't stand the dash though. Overall, very cool ride. Not digging the colors, but I'm biased. I went to UF. Those are Florida State colors you have there.:lol



Was the paint job in bad shape? IP with yellow pad seems pretty intense to start with.

Yea it was pretty bad. There was a lot of deep swirling and water spots. I managed to get about 90% corrected. Some RIDS still remain because I didnt feel like wetsanding anything.
