Joyriide Detailed: E90 328i

This is a return client, needing another maintenance job done to his car. He has not washed it since its last maintenance wash 4-6 weeks ago and it showed. He's been out of town, driving all over, and generally does nto have much time to maintain it. Car is getting a fresh detail in the next 3-4 weeks. Paint needs some claying and light polishing. This car was a bug cemetary.

Exterior

Claymagic Blue (parts of the front bumber, windshield and mirrors).

Joyriide Detailed: E92 M3 (new car prep)

This car had just rolled off production. Owner literally picked it up at 9am and had it at my place by 11am or so. No hesitation, this owner knows the importance of precaution and quality detailing. Owner requested the vehicle not be washed. Car still had shipping wax all in the jams, parts of the wheels, and under the hood along the gaps. Other than a light paint cleaning and polishing this car was perfect.

Joyriide Detailed: E92 335i (new car prep)

This was a late booking. Owner was anxious to pick up his car which got to Miami Saturday from VPC in North Carolina. He heard all the dealership horror stories and was not going to risk it with his Black Saphire coupe. Ironically, he had the same CA (Customer Advisor) I did when I ordered my car back in December of 2006. When he asked the CA not to touch the car and to leave all wrapping still on it, the CA said not a problem, that he's had one client request the same thing a year or so before. Turns out he was my CA and knew exactly how to leave it. Really funny considerinh how big Miami is. Since the owner picked up the car a day before the detail, he immediately took it to get tinted. Huper Optik 30 all over the sides and back and Huper Optik 60 on the windshield. Very Classy I must say. Car was perfect none the less. Owner was the coolest guy to work around with nothing but interest and respect for the work done.

This weekend's cars were all BUTTER! Well deserved considering all the nasty stuff and heavy correction I've had to do recently. Nice to work on fresh well maintained cars, allows you to focus and emphasize more on the small things that are commonly overlooked or not paid too much attention to.

Great job on all 3 BMW's, the last 2 look flawless. It must be great to work on new vehicles from the dealer. That's how they should be deliver to the new owners. Awesome job Joy!.........

All three look fantastic! The first one looks really amazing. I can't believe you didn't polish and wax it because it sure looks like you did!

Well its been detailed prior. 4 Months ago I think. Since then it has received one maintenance service in between this one which included a reapplication of wax. We skipped the wax this time, instead we're going to re-detail it, clean the paint, and remove some scuff marks here and there.

The owner udnerstands the idea of re-detailing it every 4-6 months, even if its just a claying and paint cleaning.

Joy, nice cars and nice work! That is exactly the way a new car should be delivered. It's a shame to see what passes for pre-delivery detailing at most dealers. Did your customer happen to mention how much the Huper cost him? The guy who has the territory where I am decided to sell his audio shop and no longer does automotive tinting. He only applies Huper to houses and commercial buildings now :(

Keep up the good work!

$350 was the price for Huper. An extra $150 for the windshield.

Very nice work on all of them Joy! I agree new cars are great to work on because you can give little area the attention they need.

If I can't ever have'll take a TT 3 series just as fast

God I love the new E92 :dnaughty:dnaughty:dnaughty:dnaughty:dnaughty:dnaughty

What exactly is Huper? Still a film or something else?

Its a film just like conventional window tint, except its supposed to be ceramic among all things, so it won;t interfere with keyless entry systems, navigations, radios, ect. Heat repellancy is also supposed to be very good.
