It looks like a watermark... BUT

I used the PC on my Black Cutlass yesterday, with 3M polish for dark vehicles. After using upp, I noticed some watermarks that wouldnt go away. I tried everything- even claying the area. Nothing worked. I tried to take a pic to show tou guys, but there is too much reflection.

You might want to go easy on the abrasives until you are sure what it is. When clearcoat starts to delaminate, it sometimes looks like a piece of plastic wrap that isn't stuck down everywhere. It can be a small area or a large area. Kind of like a watermark. Be sure it is on the paint, not in the paint.
