As some of you may know I show one of my Peugeot's and may rember i won my class last year in show and shine on all my outings last year. I was moved up to concours this year due to this. I was rather worried as it means being up agints proper show cars that get used under 1K a year, garaged all year etc.(one car only comes out for two shows a year an its annual MOT roadworthy test). Over the last few weeks i have been prepping the car for our annual Convention. Which was two sundays ago 11th July. I had to replace a few parts such as the exhaust to tidy up the undercarrige as most cars are fully painted under there even though they dont leave the factory like that ( im in the standard vehicle class) i just cleaned and tidyed mine did not paint it. I was alos lucky enough to be able to garage the car for the last few weeks too.

On the day I was lucky enough to win the class and get my first concours trophy. :)

Ready to go

Then to follow up I won a show and shine this weekend at another show that i was just attending to specatate at. I made the 150 mile trip on sunday just to support our club at another manufactuers car club show, A ford RS owners club event. They where putting call outs for cars to be in the show and shine, this was an open class to alll at the show. I had no intention to enter but was entered by a fellow clb member and was pushed into doing it! The open class had some fors, some bmws, some lotus vehicles and some peugeots from our club. I was lucky enough to get another first place.
