Is this the correct order?

I plan on doing the following steps this Sunday (weather permitting).



1. Dawn wash

2. Clay

3. Meguiar's #9 Swirl Remover

4. S100 Shine Enhancing Cleanser

5. Zaino ZFX

6. Z6

7. S100 Carnauba Paste Wax



I'm not sure about steps 3 and 4. Can I skip one of these steps?



Also, are these steps in the right order?



Finally, I was thinking of using Pinnacle Paste Glaz BUT I think it serves the same purpose as S100 Carnauba Paste Wax. Do I have to choose ONLY one?

Do the dawn wash after #4 - you need a bare surface before Zaino. You can use any wash for step 1. You may or may not, but probably won't need S100 SEPC after #9, depending on how the surface looks afterward. I use 3M SMR (like #9) on cars and like to use GEPC or PPCL afterwards.



You can use either Paste Glaz or S100 after or even both. Personally, I don't like topping Zaino with wax, but you should try it for yourself and decide.

4.5 Z6 (optional)

5. Zaino ZFX

6. Z6

(wait one day for Zaino to cure)

7. S100 Carnauba Paste Wax
 
Dawn wash will remove fillers from #9. #9 fills the swirls and scratchs so when the fillers are gone you will see them again.

It is better use a Swirl removes with no fillers.
