Is this stain removable?

I am struggling with the following stain that I cant seem to remove. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have tried Menzerna 2500 with a white microfiber and Sonax Ultimate cut with a Blue cutting microfiber pad. I used a Flex 3401 with both pads with no result.

It`s hard to tell what I`m looking at, but it seems like crazing from bird poop, which is frequently down to the primer, so my answer would be no, it`s not removable.

I agree with Setec Astronomy--- This also looks like to me, that something has damaged the panel...

Where is the panel on your vehicle, please?

Is this a painted panel or a side plastic panel, etc..???

Is the panel painted and flat ( not shiny) ??

What is your experience in years with your machine and those products ?

Is that a painted surface? I`d guess clear coat failure but hard to tell.

I had a similar, but smaller one a few years back. I was able to mask it with PB`s Black Hole.
