Is this "new" S100 Total bike wash?

I had the old stuff in the spray bottle and went to get a refill today and all they had was this! It says the total wash under the price tag of 9.99$



Ps I got it for 8.99$ ;)
 
This is the first time I have seen the aerosol can.



My 2 local HD dealers still have the regular (liquid) S100 cycle cleaner. Only bad thing is that I have to order the 5 liter size and it takes them a while to get it.
 
I picked up a few cans last summer when I detailed a couple of Harleys. Seems to work just as well as the liquid version.
