Is this Clay lubricant any good?Has anyone tried it?

That is a very good claying combo. Clay Magic is my favorite clay. You can get it locally at places like AutoZone. I wouldn't buy it specifically to get an extra bottle of the lube or anything, but as far as clay goes, I like CM.
