is this a full bottle?

Hey guys just got a delivery of APC and optimum polish and both of these products container don't seem to be very full. You can easily see how full the APC is, and the optimum is filled to about where the line above the label on the bottle is. Maybe this is normal just seemed low to me. Let me know if this is what yall experience. I checked on the Meguiars website and their picture shows the contianer being more full but you never know if that is how they really are or not. Thanks in advance for any response.

Also neither of the bottles were sealed. The Meguiars had a seal but it wasn't attached. Is that normal?
 
Instead of gauging by eye get a clean container and measure and measure it. I am very curious to hear what you found as I too recently purchased two different Meguiar's Detail products and one has less in container than the other (that doesn't automatically mean it has less than a gallon as other could have more than a gallon), but I don't have time to even sleep much, much less spend it on something that would be $1 worth at max. But if I see pattern happening I will then complain out of the principle.
 
on the apc, that' normal. my local detail shop has them all stacked next to each other and some may be a pinch less or more than others, but not a big deal. oh yeah, it may have been sealed, just probably got stuck to the cap underneath when you took it off... where did you purchase those items?

Are polishes supposed to be in liquid ounces or by weight?
