My jeep has bare aluminum wheels. I'm not so concerned with them being 100% or even 70%, but I do like them clean.
I just polished them last year and they still have a shine on them. I was using Meg's wheel cleaner but ran out and I just got a gallon of OPC. The label says to dilute up to 3:1 for wheels, but does not specify if it is okay for bare aluminum.
