Is my ONR spoiled?

I think the pics speak for themselves..

I keep seeing ONR in this form everywhere else...

It SEEMS to work okay, but this is the first time I've bought any rinseless wash. :nixweiss

I think that was the original color but everyone thought it was spoiled so they changed it to blue. IIRC it was quoted that David at Optimum doesn't like to put any ingredients in his products unless they have a functional purpose...and I guess color didn't have a function until he realized it would prevent people from thinking their ONR was spoiled.

I remember reading that the older ONR used a dye that would turn brown but it doesn't effect the way ONR performs....... apparently the newer dyes don't turn brown.

I have a gallon I bought about 6 months ago and it is still blue, but if you bought yours recently it might have been from an older batch. You might want to e-mail or call Optimum just to make sure.

mine was delivered like that from AG few months ago, it performs very well though.

Who carries the new formula?

Yep, as rightly noted by others your ONR is just fine and will work as designed even though the color has changed.

Also as noted, David doesn't like to add anything to his products that do not serve a function in the workings of the product which is why ONR has a, what some have described as, "funky" smell.
