I think you can get it by the gallon at either Home Depot or Lowes. Check the paint and refinishing areas. Should be ~$10.

Help me understand. You have just polished your car with PO85RD and it looks great. So good you don't want to put on a lsp. But you bring out a bottle of IPA and wipe away all the oils The PO85RD left. So should it be PO85RD and Vintage or IPA and Vintage?

No need to bother with an IPA wipedown before using an oily carnauba-bonding isn't an issue.
