IP,ssr2.5, 3M med. comp not enough!!!What's next?

Guys I'm trying to detail my 1999 Toyota Tercel. At the moment I've tried IP,SSR2.3 and by pc with orange and green pads and had no results. My car has moderate swirls and scratches that I think can be corrected. I think this might be a case of extremely hard clear, is this is the case what should I try next? All suggestions would be much thanked!
 
You could try some OHC, it's pretty user friendly. You might also want to buy a yellow cutting pad, it will have more bite than the orange. You'll have to follow up with a milder polish on a polish pad if you go with an aggressive polish and the yellow pad.

+1 on the OHC



You will definitely need to follow up with some more mild when using a yellow pad though, I usually use OP on white.
