Interior odor removal?

Hi, I have a problem. I had some spray clear coat in my trunk and apparently sometime while I was driving the cap came off the can and it got pinched between my tote that has all my detailing products in it and the car. The can discharged in my trunk and now my car smells like paint and I can't get rid of the smell. I have scrubbed the trunk a couple times. I can see where the majority of the paint went and it is dry and does not smell what so ever. I have had cars painted before and the paint smell goes away after while but this has been about 10 days. I get a headache whenever I drive it. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Just has to have time, more air that can move over and around the area, the quicker it will go away.

No cover-up I am aware of will work, just time and air.

Yup, air it out by keeping the trunk open and the windows down. That smell leaches into the fabric and you have to give it a chance evaporate.

Thought about it a bit more.

A box of baking soda or some crushed charcoal will speed up the absorbing of the VOC's that are creating the odor.
