Interior cleaner?

Just wondering if there are any interior Cleaners/degressers that dont have to be washed with water after words. I have trouble when there is a dirty cup holder or side panal and cant really flush it out with water. Just trying to see what you pros use or do for these types of things

I had the chemist I work with devolop a APC that leaves no residue that I use in my interiors. Megs APC is a good product along with Sterling Fastball. and chem guys KISS OFF APC, in areas that need extra attention like cup holders I us Mr Jinx, it is in an aresol can and has some foaming action

Steam is also very effective on cup holders and door panel pockets.
