I did this integra this weekend and it was alot of work !!!!!!!! i enjoy these jobs sometimes because the customers are real happy when they get them back . also theyre friends and neighbors will see the work and bring theyre vehicles to be detailed .before shots

after shots. check out the water that came out of the extractor.. i used P&S ultracoat polish with the pc at speed 5 and 6 . with edge 2000 yellow pad also used the same pad on my rotary with the edge 2000 adaptor on it . this system is awesome for doing small cars like this because you can get into tight spots with the rotary buffer using the 6 in pads

Big Ron. Nice to see a part timer using an extractor. Im always blown away at how much crap comes out of the grey water tank. Nice work. Bet you will be back next week to work on that suburban down the street. I saw in the news that you guys are having a little Heat Wave. Hope you didnt suffer to much.

yea ron i had to wax a few cars to pay for the extractor but i just dont see how you can do professional work without an extractor i posted a pic of the water to show the folks who are considering one how much dirt is being ground into the interior if you just foam and scrub without extracting .. im pretty tired of 90 plus heat in october .. you are right, her neighbors asked for my brouchures and ill be doing their cars soon .

Great job bigron62 !!! I am sure that your neighbors have a real appreciation for your skills after that job !!! WOW that extractor water looked really sick. Now will they keep the car clean? :brick

it took about 3 hours on the interior and doorjambs .. i doubt they will keep it clean so ill do it again next year... keep em coming back!!!!!!!!! on of these days ill get a good camera

Nice work, it looks like to different cars. I am saving to purchase an extractor.

What kind of wax did you use after Ultracoat? Or, is Ultracoat a one step product?

Is the client new to the neighborhood, as the car has Oregon plates?

Eric

the owner is miltary. i spent so much time on this car that the polish is what i used as a one step . to get the color back i used the pc but wasnt totally happy so i got out the rotary and cranked it up and got a real nice shine .. the polish has some wax in it also . i was waiting for someone to ask me about that ..

What kind of extractor do you have? Also how long do you have to wait to let the extracted sections dry? Thankyou, I am considering one now that I have seen all these results!

Andrew

i have the mytee hp 60 it cost about $1300.00 and its worth the money . you might think you dont need the 6 gal capacity but youd be suprised how fast the water gets used .. it takes a couple hours to dry when its hot out but i tell the customers to put the car in the garage with the windows down overnight and i leave the mats in the trunk .
