Hi Guys,

It's my best client, who owned Mazda 6 and Toyota Corolla.

This time I worked on his most loved car, Integra DC2R. Car got full engine rebuild, ready for a race track. Got 2 strut bar on the boot and everything has been made to be rigid for track.

Car has been repainted, so upon inspection the paint thickness was 400-450 on the bonnet and roof. The rest got 220-250 microns.

My following steps are:

1. Wash, 2BM, ArmorAll Heavy duty shampoo. Wheels clean with CG wheel cleaner with various brush.

2. Mothers clay with HD Final Touch. Not many contaminants and paint was smooth.

3. Taped using 3M blue painters tape. Paint thickness measured.

4. Rupes LHR21 with Hexlogic orange pad with HD Cut. Finish off with HD polish.

5. C900 with 4 inch LC yellow+white pad using HD Cut and finish with HD polish for tight areas.

6. Wash again, foamed gun with ArmorAll Heavy Duty shampoo.

7. Dry using Ozito Blow and Vac. Then Eraser wipe 2X.

8. Opticoat 2.0 for long lasting protection.

9. Tyres got Zaino Z16, wheels got BFWD seal, and wheel arches got PERL.

Took me 8 Hours to finish off till finish.
