Instructional Video for using a PC

Does anybody know of a good instructional video or DVD on how to use a PC. I think Megs has one on buffing paint but I think that is more for a rotary buffer.



I have some friends that I would like to give this to and I would like to have it as well since I am new to the PC. TIA

IIRC mequires had some realmedia files you could watch. Most was with a rotary I think?
