The only one I know that is indoors (Like a garage with bays), is the Esso one on Yonge and Steels. They charge .75 per min. They provide a vacuum, and the standard selection of things with the spray gun and foam brush.
In the East End, on the NW corner of Kingston Rd and Queen Street right behind the Murphy's law bar. Entrance is at the Kingston Rd. Prices are about the same as any other DIY washes. The wash is also 24/7 and I bring in a small bucket and mitt and some soap. Change machine as well. Hope this helps.
