In deep with OCW

Detailed my Leon last Friday in preparation for a rolling road day on Saturday. Washed it as normal, then added a 3rd coat of OCW in as many weeks and redressed the tyres with BnB. Vacuumed the interior and dressed all surfaces with 303 Protectant. Finally gave the engine bay a once over, dressing all plastic and rubber surfaces with 303 Protectant and adding a coat of OCW to all painted surfaces. I really like OCW on silver - I haven't found any other products that give as much depth and wetness.

I think you have a defective car. your steering wheel is on the wrong side!

Did you do anything in the engine bay that rerouted wiring? It looks very plain and uncluttered unlike my scion's which has wires going everywhere. I like the plain and simple look :D For silver, OCW looks really nice. Is the process just polish/OCW or is there a glaze/sealant/etc in between? Great job!

No engine mods apart from the BMC air filter - the lack of stuff reflects the lask of engine size, it's only a 1.6 16v pushing out 126bhp/123ft-lb! The original process some 4-5 months ago was SSR1/AIO/P21S, and since then I've just topped up with OCW regularly (and will be doing after every wash from now on through the winter months).

I was looking at the awsome images and when I got to the interior and saw the steering wheel I did a double take and said, "I wouldn't know how to shift with my left hand. "

Just goes to show that whats normal for US probably is weird for the people across the pond. (And Vice Versa)

GOOD JOB and LOVE THE OCW!

Yes it is! Every time I go to mainland Europe (they have the wheel on the same side as you guys) on business I go to get in the wrong side! I did this to a taxi driver in Slovakia and he wasn't impressed - thought I was trying to steal his car! :o

OCW is amazing me by this kind or results, every single time... :2thumbs:

Great work :2thumbs: :2thumbs:
