I need some advice here, (mainly pertaining to those that have employees) I got myself into a "pickle". I have been selling Maintenance Packages to help keep me in front of my clients on a weekly basis and keep me busy throughout the week. It contains 4 exterior washes and 2 interior cleanings per month, then when they are due for a wax, engine cleaning, leather conditioning etc I get that service as well and its working great!!!
My Problem is that I now have 35 on a weekly basis and its cutting into newer customers that want a Full Detail cause I have no time to get to the customer..... SO MY QUESTION? Should I bring on help to take care of the washes while I take care of the more indepth detail work? If so, How should I pay?
If there are other IDEAS to help me out in this situation please let me know...
