Important Question!!!!???

I need some advice here, (mainly pertaining to those that have employees) I got myself into a "pickle". I have been selling Maintenance Packages to help keep me in front of my clients on a weekly basis and keep me busy throughout the week. It contains 4 exterior washes and 2 interior cleanings per month, then when they are due for a wax, engine cleaning, leather conditioning etc I get that service as well and its working great!!!
My Problem is that I now have 35 on a weekly basis and its cutting into newer customers that want a Full Detail cause I have no time to get to the customer..... SO MY QUESTION? Should I bring on help to take care of the washes while I take care of the more indepth detail work? If so, How should I pay?
If there are other IDEAS to help me out in this situation please let me know...

How long does each of the maintenance customers take you to complete? Could you consolidate them into one or two days out of your week? If so you could say "Monday and Friday are my maintenance service days, Tuesday through Thursday are for full details."

It takes myself about 25 minutes per exterior wash and about 45 minutes for interior/exterior. I thought about consolidating them but some can only work on specific days. If I divided them into 2 days then I would be doing about 17 cars per day which would take about 9 hours working stright not to mention the travel to each location.
