Yep...I'm still alive :P

My car was on jackstands for 38 days while the transmission was sent to Maryland for a race rebuild.

Here's what it got....

TCI SFI-approved flexplate
3" Aluminum driveshaft
Race built 4L60E w/4L65E front internal support and upgraded steel piston
Pro Torque 3200 stall converter

Shifts very hard and launches like crazy with the converter....I got it in on Saturday and already have around 600 miles on it.

Last time I waxed it was around 2 months ago, with Natty's Blue. Still holding up great - slickness and beading are very good.

Washed w/P21S shampoo, Invisible Glass (pump) on glass in/out, Mothers Showtime QD on paint + wheels, and DP tire gel on tires. I'm going to try to use a paint cleaner and re-wax it ASAP. School is kicking my ass.

Sorry for blurry pics.

sorry for the side track, but where did you send your trans because i live in maryland, and do they do all types of transmissions

www.cahallperformancetransmissions.com - can't say enough about Frank Cahall. He's an awesome guy and really knows his stuff. He stayed in contact with me the whole time from when he first received the transmission, took it apart, cleaned/inspected it, began the rebuild process, etc and shipped it back. He also called after the install to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure everything went OK. :punk:

Cool man love the welds I just picked up a set of dragwelds for mine. I was hoping to make it to Moroso next week for the Fun Ford weekend (hoping to see your old school stang or purdy maro), But I'm starting a new job and won't ask for a week end off right away. Car looks great love the dark green.....

Thanks wytstang. I'll be at Moroso on Wednesday for Test & Tune, assuming the weather holds up. Hoping for 11's.

I would bet pink slips that you have the cleanest 11 second ride at the track when you go. :drool

No doubt!! Man a 3200 stall on the street . That would be a blast . For a while.lol. Good luck at the track . :beer_smil

Car is looking good man. Gotta love the 4L60e. I'm on number 4 and my car is slow. I went with the Street Edge 2800 9.5 inch. Hope to see some 11 second timeslips on here pretty soon. Now put some friggen souveran on it would ya?

lol :) 4th 4L60E...I'm hoping I have better luck. 600+ miles so far on this trans with no issues. The guy who built mine has cars in the 10s and 11s for 2 years with no problems at all.

I'm loving the 3200 stall....especially on nitrous :D

Uh oh...big stall...sticky tires....and squeeze....

I hope you have some money saved for a 12 bolt!!!

Don't worry, I'm awaiting and fully prepared for 10-bolt detonation. :D
