I work for nypd and I visit the pound about three times a week. Well everytime I go there I am just amazed by the amount of scooters and mini bikes they take for reckless riding and stuff like that. I decided to take my camera and take some pictures.
 
Damn, you could rebuild the West side highway from what the city could get for things at auction :lol

no but i said the next time i go i was going to take photos of cars theres about 4 to 5 thousand of those bikes there and about 40 thousand cars
 
there is a site stealitback.com but no auto's i'll get the number to call to find out when the cars go on auction tomorrow
 
So can someone pay to get their bike back or did they lose it for good? I've never had to deal with that sort of problem before so I am ignorant about it.

I can just see it now... yea buddy, your's is the one in the middle. If you can get it out, you can have it back!
 
you can get it back all you need to do is pay the summons show the original bill of sale and find it. They're not going to look for you

That is the most I've ever seen what an action that has to be. My wifes x brother in law goes to them all the time. He brought two bicycles for a dime each and they where really decent bikes.
