i need pads for my PC...

i bought the 7242 bonus kit from coastaltool. Now i need pads!



I've been searching like mad and i've soaked up most of the info that I need. Since I am not a pro detailer and intend on using the machine only a couple times a season, I want to get good pads that will last for a long time. I think my best choice is with the LC pads, right?



I'm thinking of getting 6 pads from topoftheline.com for $54.



I just wanted to know if there were any better deals out there or maybe some suggestions for a newbie like myself!

Yep... made by 'LC', just bagged up as 'Detailers Paradise'. I ordered some polishing pads not long ago and they arrived in the UK in 3 days - that's what I call service!
 
damn i dunno how many to buy haha. I just made a quick excel chart...

1 black

2 orange

2 yellow



damn, but I need some Meguiars products too... I don't wanna lose out on shipping. Pads must weigh peanuts and I don't see anything else I could need from detailers paradise...



I need PlastX, DACP, and a swirl remover. hmm what to do
 
Why Megs...? Why not try the 1Z line of polishes? From what I've heard on the forum, they're excellent polishes. I've got a bottle of 1Z Metallic Polish on it's way as we speak, looking forward to using it... come on postman!
 
nadir- I'd get all three 1Z polishes (Ultra, Paint, Metallic). The Ultra is sorta strong (use Paint Polish afterwards), the Paint Polish is sorta like DACP but probably easier to use, the Metallic is VERY mild, about like #9.



And get as many pads as you can afford. Better to have too many than too few.
