Autopia fire/rescue.
I got this email from the client I did an interior detailing for.The vehicle was a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a cloth interior. In addition to the interior detail, I washed the vehicle and removed some road tar and rewaxed the areas where i did the tar removal.

You normally only hear the bad feedback, not the good, so I agree, it's always nice when someone takes the time to let you know that they're happy. In a lot of cases (as I would assume for yours here), the customer's expectations were lower than what they received, that's what drives them to let you know that they're happy. This in turn lets you know that you're delivering good work that you can be proud of.
