I just bought my PC and I want to start using it but I do not know what to buy next for my kit.

I am thinking of SIP and 106FF along with this kit:

Dual Action Deluxe Foam Pad Kit

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance.

Did you buy the PC for paint correction or applying/removing waxes ?

A pc is mostly used for polishing ,removing swirls etc.

I know a lot of people also use it to apply waxes or sealants but I personally find it easier and more manageable to do LSP by hand.

If you are buying pads for your PC ,try the 5.5" instead of 6.5",and you need 2 white polishing pads ,2 finishing pads to start.

Good luck.

Take it out of the box!

Get pads for polishing and finishing - then compounds - there are many to choos from and unless you have money to burn, only time will give the best answer. I've had good luck with Optimum polish, bit again, there are many.

Is SIP and 106FF with that pads on the link above ok?

For now I just want to remove light swirls. I will not use the PC for waxes, I also find it easier to apply waxes by hand.

You should have 2 cutting pads, 2 polishing pads, and 2 finishing pads. Every manufacturer has their own system. I use the Edge 2000 pads and have found them to be very easy to work with. I've been using Optimum polish and Optimum polish/Optimum hyper compound mixture. I've been getting good results so far with this combination. If I get extra funds I might splurge on the menzerna products, but I haven't needed anything other than the optimum products I have.
